Presentation

History of trauma two months back. Complains of shoulder pain since then with pain on movement.

Patient Data

Age: 25-30
Gender: Male
mri

T1 hypointense and T2 hyperintense cystic lesion present in spinoglenoid notch on the posterior aspect of scapula. The cyst is adjacent to the posterior part of superior labrum.

Case Discussion

Spinoglenoid notch cysts are a type of ganglion cysts that are in relation to the spinoglenoid notch. They are mostly associated with SLAP tears.
