A well defined lobulated 3.9 X 3.8 X 1.8 cm multilocular cystic lesion is seen related to the spinoglenoid notch inferior to the supraspinatus tendon. It shows low signal wall and high T2/PD FS/MERGE and low T1 signal of its content. No evidence supraspinatus nerve entrapment.
Case Discussion
Right scapula spinoglenoid notch multilocular cystic lesion which is compatible with ganglion cyst.
