Splenic infarct

Wedge shaped hypodense area along the lower splenic pole representing splenic infraction.

Multiple enlarged aorto-caval and retro-caval lymph nodes.

Splenic infarct in a patient with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and splenomegaly who presented with left hypochondrial pain.
