Multifocal splenic hypoattenuating masses with lymphadenopathy in a 55 year-old patient with fevers and night sweats, compatible with lymphoma (pathology: non-Hodgkin lymphoma).
Lymphoma of the spleen on imaging may be seen as:
- homogeneous enlargement (most common)
- a solitary mass
- multifocal lesions
- diffuse infiltration
