Case Discussion
Splenic siderotic nodules, also known as Gamna-Gandy Bodies (GGBs) was first described in a patient with biliary cirrhosis, by French physician, Charles Gandy, in 1905.1 GGBs are few millimetre granuloma like nodules composed of haemosiderin, calcium and fibrous tissue with crystal structure of CaPO4.FeOH.1
