Splenic siderotic nodules

Normal sized spleen shows multiple tiny echogenic foci scattered within the splenic parenchyma.
No evidence of any posterior acoustic shadowing by the echogenic foci.
Splenic contour appears normal. No collection/abscess within the splenic parenchyma.

Above features are suggestive of Splenic siderotic nodules, also known as Gamna-Gandy bodies.
