Spleen enlarged, heterogeneous with multiple hypoattenuating foci sparse by the parenchyma. Lymph nodes increased in number and size at perigastric, pancreatic and periaortic level.
Case Discussion
It is very common to see rare forms of tuberculosis in endemic areas like ours. The form of splenic tuberculosis presentation being primary or secondary (several hypoattenuating foci often associated with increased organ volume), constitutes a diagnostic challenge and may be confused with pathologies and hematological forum.
