Homogeneous hypervascular mass in the superior left testis, isoechoic to mildly hypoechoic to surrounding parenchyma and causing mild bulging of the capsule, measuring 2.0 x 1.2 x 1.9 cm.
Case Discussion
The patient underwent left orchidectomy. The final pathological diagnosis was ectopic splenic tissue adjacent to testicular parenchyma, consistent with splenogonadal fusion, discontinuous type.
