Partial collapse of two consequent mid-dorsal vertebral bodies with destruction of the opposing endplates. Destructed and irregular intervening disc with high signal intensity on T2. Interrupted cortex of the anterior vertebral border and convex posterior borders with secondary mild kyphotic deformity. Mild indentation of the spinal cord os noted.
Case Discussion
Imaging features are most consistent with spondylodiscitis.
