Spondylolisthesis at L5/S1 with anterior displacement by less than 25% (grade I). Bilateral pars fractures at the same level (assumed).
Decreased disc space at L5/S1.
Decrease disc space L4-L5 posteriorly.
Straight lumbar spine with loss of normal lumbar lordosis.
