Spondylolysis and anterolisthesis with scoliosis

20 degree idiopathic scoliosis convex to the right in the mid-thoracic region. Spondylolysis at L5 with 20% anterolisthesis (grade I).
Case Discussion
Our spinal service hangs the radiographs the opposite way round so that the imaging reflects the positioning of the patient on the table or during examination. Side markers are very helpful!
