Presentation

Acute abdominal pain, hemetemesis.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male

Acutely thrombosed right renal artery, superior mesenteric artery, small thrombus in the main left renal artery, and possible right hepatic arterial thrombosis.
