6 months of knee pain, no trauma

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male
MRI

MRI knee

Geographical margined, alternating signal intensity subcortical lesion of the medial femoral condyle. 

Scan performed 6 months prior shows no abnormality in medial femoral condyle.
