Acute onset of severe chest pain and dyspnoea. No history of smoking or familial disease.

- Moderate Left side pneumothorax
- Both apices show minute belbs
- No pleural effusion or parenchymal masses

Spontaneous pneumothorax with no definite cause occurs with high possibility of recurrence.
Possibility of cystic fibrosis should be excluded.
Attention must be given for such patients, especially if they develop any chest pain.
INTER-COSTAL CHEST TUBE or even THORACOSCOPY are advised for further evaluation and excision of the belbs or other possible lung tears.
