Spontaneous spinal epidural hematoma

A posterior epidural lesion isointense on T1W, hypointense on T2W, compressing the thecal sac and spinal cord at T7 level is seen.
Case Discussion
This is a case of spontaneous spinal epidural hematoma in the thoracic spine.
There was progressive resolution of the hematoma and the patient became asymptomatic.
