Multiple round thin-walled cysts are seen diffusely scattered in both lungs with normal intervening parenchyma.
A linear atelectatic band is seen in the inferior lingua.
No detected ground glass opacification, consolidations, pleural effusion or pneumothorax.

Diffuse cystic lung disease, with characteristic CT appearance of lymphangioleimyomatosis.
