Some anomalies in the cervical spine include hemivertebra and defects in the posterior arch of the vertebrae. Additionally, the right scapula displaced superomedially, suggesting Sprengel deformity.
Case Discussion
Sprengel deformity may be associated with spinal dysraphism, vertebral and rib segmentation or fusion abnormalities called Klippel-Feil syndrome.
