Squamous cell carcinoma of larynx - T4

Hoarseness of voice and neck swelling. The patient is heavy smoker

Patient Data

Age: 50 years old
Gender: Male
Modality: MRI

A supraglottic enhancing lobulated soft tissue mass that extends superiorly to the aryepiglottic fold, inferiorly to the laryngeal ventricle and shows extra laryngeal spread to the soft tissue of the anterior neck. Multiple bilateral neck adenopathies.
