Large tumour in a barrel-shaped cervix appearing as an inhomogeneous mass owing to necrosis in venous and delayed phases. Right adrenal nodule is noted.

Large tumour in a barrel-shaped cervix appear as an heterogeneous mass (histology: squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix) owing to necrosis in venous and delayed phases in a 41 year old female with painless vaginal bleeding.
