Squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix

Soft tissue mass centered on the uterine cervix, measuring 45 X 35 X 30 mm with parametrial invasion mainly on the right. No significant extension to the upper vagina. It shows an isosignal to the myometrium on T1, slight high signal on T2 with a heterogeneous enhancement on postcontrast sequences and restricted diffusion. No extension to the posterior wall of the urinary bladder or the anterior wall of the rectum.
Small right common, internal and external iliac lymphadenopathy are noted.
No abdominal lymphadenopathy or distant metastases seen on CT (not shown).
