A large mass infiltrates the cervix uteri and shows heterogeneous enhancement due to internal cystic/ necrotic components. There is no sign of local invasion to adjacent structures.
A small nodule is noted in the right adrenal gland that shows rapid contrast washout, most consistent with benign adenoma.
The gallbladder is not seen due to prior resection.
NGT is inserted, and the distal end is located within the gastric antrum.
Case Discussion
Large cervix uteri mass; pathology proved squamous cell carcinoma, the most common histological subtype of cervical cancer and accounted for 80-90% of cases.
