Age: 30 years old
Gender: Male

A soft tissue mass is seen involving the left true vocal fold with extension to the false vocal fold and subglottis (Transglottic carcinoma).

Case Discussion

Pathologically proved squamous cell carcinoma of the larynx stage T3N0M0.
