Presentation

Nonhealing ulcer left posterior tongue

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Female

There is a 3 cm enhancing left posterior tongue mass extending to the midline. 

There is a left level IIA pathologically enhanced lymph node measuring 1.2 cm.

HISTOLOGY: Poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma (T2N1).
