Gender: Female
Low density right sided mass. No previous mammograms available.
Spot compression views

34mm, non vascular mass with mixed reflectivity within it. No axillary lymphadenopathy.

Case Discussion

Not a typical mammographic appearance for a hamartoma which is usually a mixed density mass with a capsule. Ultrasound and previous report confirms diagnosis
