Staghorn blood vessels

Numerous thin-walled, branching staghorn blood vessels are surrounded by small oval to slight fusiform cells with indistinct cell borders. A tissue sample from a pelvic metastasis of an intracranial solitary fibrous tumor (hemangiopericytoma).
