Staghorn calculus

45 year old female with an incidental finding on a gynaecological ultrasound.

Age: 45
Gender: Female

A large, shadowing mass was seen on ultrasound in the right renal pelvis, associated with some calyceal dilatation.


Case Discussion

A staghorn calculus was confirmed on the subsequent radiograph.
