Stones measuring up to 1cm in the left kidney.

Case Discussion
Typical appearances of a staghorn calculus, although this one is missing its 'antlers' from an upper calyceal component!
The only real differential is retained contrast from a recent imaging study using iodinated contrasts with a PUJ obstruction.
PCNL is the usual treatment for such a large dense stone.
