Presentation

Incidental finding on a gynaecological ultrasound.

Patient Data

Age: 45
Gender: Female
Ultrasound

A large, shadowing mass was seen on ultrasound in the right renal pelvis, associated with some calyceal dilatation.

X-ray

A staghorn calculus was confirmed on the subsequent radiograph.
