Incidental finding on a gynecological ultrasound.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Female

A large, shadowing mass was seen on ultrasound in the right renal pelvis, associated with some calyceal dilatation.


A staghorn calculus was confirmed on the subsequent radiograph.
