Images show an enlarged AP diameter of the right eye with thinning of the sclera. Left eye is normal.
Case Discussion
Imaging findings are of staphyloma. Differential diagnosis should be made with coloboma, that is commonly found in the anterior aspect of the eye and when it is posterior it involves the optic disc.
