Presentation

Known history of renal stone diease. New left flank pain.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Small volume bilateral renal stone disease, the largest 5 mm in the left lower pole.

A series of small stones in the right side of the pelvis in an arc-like fashion down to the vesicoureteric junction.
