Thumb pain post trauma.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male
ultrasound

Stener lesion of the left thumb metacarpophalangeal joint, the ulnar collateral ligament detached at the distal bone interface and displaced proximally over the adductor aponeurosis.

Case Discussion

Stener lesions are a complication of ulnar collateral ligament ruptures.
