Anterolateral displacement of right clavicular epiphysis.

Case Discussion

This is an interesting case of a right posterior sternoclavicular joint dislocation with anterolateral displacement of the medial clavicular epiphysis. The dislocation was not appreciated even on serendipity view, an advanced radiographic investigation.
