Presentation
The patient came to the emergency room complaining of seizures, headache and vomiting, No fever or loss of consciousness. He has a history of testicular cancer and recently received chemotherapy.

MRI and MRV revealed intraluminal filling defect and obliteration of the straight sinus, inferior sagittal sinus and deep cerebral veins, in keeping with venous thrombosis.
Case Discussion
Chemotherapy is one of the causes of dural sinus thrombosis, with the patient presenting with non-specific but typical symptoms.
