There is gyriform calcification of the parietal lobe on the left. An additional ill defined density in the anterior pole of the left frontal lobe in the subcortical white matter represents a similar process.

3 years later

mri

There is slight hemiatrophy of the left cerebral hemisphere (look at the size of the sulci posteriorly), and vivid surface enhancement on post contrast T1 images.
