Unilateral right-sided atrophy of cerebral hemisphere with gyriform cortico-subcortical (tram-track) enhancement are seen. Increased subarachnoid space on right side and choroid plexus enlargement is noted. No ventricular enlargement is seen.

Findings are consistent with Sturge-Weber syndrome.
