Seizure. Right-sided weakness. Known Sturge-Weber syndrome.

Extensive tram track calcification in the left parietal lobe cortex.

No hemorrhage or edema.

Extensive tram track calcification (best evident on SWI) and leptomeningeal gadolinium enhancement in the left parietal lobe cortex.

No hemorrhage or edema.

Case Discussion

Classical gyral calcification with a tram track appearance of Sturge-Weber syndrome.

The other features sometimes observed like choroid plexus hypertrophy and paranasal sinus enlargement are not evident in this case.
