Abnormal low signal on T1WI and T2WI in the subcortical region of the left parietal lobe with associated volume loss. The corresponding region shows blooming on SWI. Prominent leptomeningeal vessels are in the left parietotemporal region with enlarged ipsilateral choroid plexus. Leptomeningeal enhancement is seen in the left parietotemporal region.
