This patient is known for a Sturge-Weber syndrome.
CT-scan shows subcortical left parieto-temporo-occipital hyperdensities, compatible with calcified angiomatosis. Also, the ipsilateral choroid plexus is enlarged. The sulci are slightly more prominent on the left side, suggesting an associated cortical atrophy. Those are all characteristic manifestations of Sturge-Weber syndrome.
