Extensive osteodegenerative changes involving glenohumeral joint in the form of larger periarticular osteophytosis and fraying of bursal fibers of supraspinatus tendon. Large volume clear fluid seen in subdeltoid bursa communicating with subacromial bursa.

Fine case of delineation of the subacromial and subdeltoid bursae, their direct communication and extent of possible distension in long standing shoulder immobility.
