Presentation

Painful left shoulder with limitation of motion

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Female
mri

Reduced subacromial distance with thickened coracoacromial ligament indentig the supraspinatus tendon which appears thickened with areas of high signal of its distal portion. Mild effusion is seen in the subacromial bursa.

Acromioclavicular osteoarthritis is noted.
