Fevers, septic, unwell. Murmur on examination,

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male

Thickening of the aortic valve, restrictive VSD and increased diameter of the main pulmonary artery.

Case Discussion

Aortic valve replacement with VSD closure.  Coronary arteries were normal.
