T2 hyperintense signal mainly affecting the dorsal columns and extending from the cervical into the thoracic cord. No mass effect. No contrast enhancement.
Case Discussion
Intrinsic factor deficiency was diagnosed and the patient was put on vitamin B12 replacement therapy.
