Unwell, septic. Known prosthetic aortic valve.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male

This study was performed to evaluate coronary arteries prior to redo valve surgery for subacute bacterial endocarditis. An unexpected mycotic pseudoaneurysm is noted at the level of the aortic annulus.
