Subacute gallbladder perforation - type II

CT shows thickening and a focal defect in the wall of the gallbladder.
Two abscesses and stranding are adjacent to the gallbladder. Stone is seen in the gallbladder.
Case Discussion
CT findings are in keeping with the subacute perforation with pericholecystic abscess, classified as type 2 according to the Anderson classification 1.
Cholecystectomy was performed and confirmed gallbladder perforation.
