Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

Bilateral diffuse pulmonary ill-defined centrilobular nodules of ground-glass opacity and mosaic pattern as a combination of patchy ground-glass opacity due to lung infiltration and patchy lucency due to bronchiolitis with air trapping

Upon further questioning the patient had a long history of exposure to birds.
