Left latent paresis, Romberg's test positive to the left, horinzontorotatoric nystagmus.

Age: 90 years
Gender: Female
ct

Right pontine ill-defined hypodensity measuring about 9 mm, new compared to prior study. 

Other: moderate global cortical atrophy (Pasquier score: 21 ), advanced small vessel ischemic changes (Fazekas III.)
