Collapse. Headache.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male

Extensive SAH with intraparenchymal hematoma in the right gyrus rectus and a central lower attenuation focus within it suspicious for an aneurysm of the ACA/ACOM.

No right A1.  Bilobed ACOM aneurysm. Measuring 7.3 x 5 x 3.1mm. Irregular upper margin. Neck measuring 3.1mm, situated over left A2.

Aneurysm was coiled.
