Presentation

Headache, nausea and vomiting.

Patient Data

Age: 68
Gender: Female

Acute subarachnoid hemorrhage is identified along basal cisterns, tentorium cerebelli, and along right hemisphere gyri, specially along the sylvian fissure.  

DSA (angiography)

Angiography performed to treat a saccular aneurysm in the distal right internal carotid.
