Headache, nausea and vomiting.

Modality: CT

Acute subarachnoid haemorrhage is identified along basal cisterns, tentorium cerebelli, and along right hemisphere gyri, specially along the sylvian fissure.  

Modality: DSA (angiography)

Angiography performed to treat a saccular aneurysm in the distal right internal carotid.  

Modality: Annotated image

A saccular aneurysm in the distal right internal carotid.
