Large subarachnoid haemorrhage with signs of svere hypoxic/ischaemic injury including loss of grey/white differentiation and gross mass effect.  Marked uncal herniation compressing the brainstem with linear Duret haemorrhage (arrow), distorted pons (arrow) and tonsillar hemiation (arrow).  Berry aneurysm seen arising from the right anterior communicating artery (arrow).
