Large subarachnoid hemorrhage with signs of svere hypoxic/ischemic injury including loss of grey/white differentiation and gross mass effect. Marked uncal herniation compressing the brainstem with linear Duret hemorrhage (arrow), distorted pons (arrow) and tonsillar hemiation (arrow). Berry aneurysm seen arising from the right anterior communicating artery (arrow).
