Subarachnoid haemorrhage: middle cerebral artery aneurysm pattern

Sudden onset pain in the back of the neck. Minimal headache.

Patient Data

Age: 76
Gender: Female

Right sylvian fissure predominant subarachnoid haemorrhage.  Small hypodensity with calcification is sugsequently proven to be an MCA aneurysm.
